SMS service interruption

Dear emnify Customers,

Earlier today, we observed a temporary degradation in the SMS services. Upon investigation, it was determined that A2P SMS-MT, or SMS messages sent from the portal/API to emnify devices, were affected. After applying a fix, we immediately started to see SMS-MT being processed as normal.

All SMS services are now fully operational as of writing.
