The service has been stabilised and brought back to normal working state. We will keep monitoring the system for the next few hours.

The issues has been identified and an emergency fail over to a healthy node has been initiated.

Affected OpenVPN clients should automatically reconnect to the new server.

We are experiencing OpenVPN connectivity issues in eu-west-1 (Dublin) region. We are looking into the problem and we will update this page shortly.
